With over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, Mike is one of our expert coaches at WRK 365, offering one-to-one training both in person, or via virtual or online sessions. 

Throughout his career Mike has taken his own desire to excel by competing regionally, nationally and internationally in a range of sports, from Sprinting, to Powerlifting, to Martial Arts. His passion is for strength training and knows it underpins any change one would want to make to themselves physically. 

Mike’s own personal drive and enthusiasm for physical exercise ensures he can help clients towards achieving a variety of health and fitness goals, across all levels. Through experience and expertise, Mike helps clients understand the methods and theory behind his training and nutrition advice, enabling them to reach their goals across the spectrum of body composition and performance improvements.

One of our expert Personal Trainer’s with high enthusiasm for health and well-being. 

Experienced in weight lifting, kettlebells, conditioning and strength building, Francis delivers training sessions across all levels of ability, ensuring to take progressive steps to meet clients’ personal fitness goals. 

Building from his experience in playing many different sports, Francis specialises in an array of different training methods which help keep training sessions both motivating and exciting, giving clients the opportunity to learn new skills and movements, commonly used in everyday life. 

As well as fitness, Francis has a passion for nutrition. Francis has a high level of understanding of how food and eating habits affect physical appearance and one’s training aspirations.

From a young age, sport was a part of Jolene’s life, having represented her school in athletics. After getting herself a personal trainer before her brothers wedding at 25 and seeing the benefits of being coached for herself, so inspired, she decided she following in their footsteps in motivating others and becoming a personal trainer. Shortly after, she had made all necessary steps and had qualified as a PT and begun transitioning from her office job.

Understanding and friendly, Jolene works with a range of different clients of all ages with different goals and fitness levels. She is extremely passionate about fitness, and in her own time competes in events such as turf games and tribal clash. This enthusiasm really comes through when training her clients, and it is obvious she wants success as much as them.

With a family history of obesity and diabetes, Jolene has channelled much of her training into nutrition and has gained a deep understanding of it over the years. Jolene’s clients will all be offered nutritional advice and meal planning on top of the fitness coaching.

Through his own personal interests and aspirations, Paul began a career in the fitness industry and for the past 3 years has specialised in personal training.

Now one of our expert coaches at WRK 365, Paul offers clients fitness and nutritional guidance both one-to-one and in group settings.

From a young age Paul developed a passion for boxing and has trained in this sport through the years. With his passion and expertise, Paul uses a combination of tailored boxing and functional fitness to help his clients discover their full potential, in both mental and physical abilities.

By combining Paul’s style of training and nutritional guidance, he supports his clients in building a healthy lifestyle with long-term, sustainable results.

His bespoke training programmes guide clients both in and out of their sessions to offer individuals the knowledge to achieve their very own fitness and nutrition aspirations.

Beatrice’s Core Training Areas

With nearly 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry Beatrice has a keen interest in the physical and mental health and wellbeing of her clients.

She offers her clients a choice of 1to1 training either virtual or in person and online coaching.

Beatrice has enjoyed sports since she was a little girl and has played and competed in a variety of sports over the years (football, hockey, duathlons, long distance running & powerlifting).

Coming from a chiropractic and rehabilitation background Beatrice understands the importance of strength training for injury prevention, sports conditioning and fatloss and uses her expertise in delivering varied, challenging, and fun training sessions.

Beatrice works with a wide variety of clients (20-70+ years of age) and supports them in achieving their goals focusing on strength training, CV conditioning, nutrition, stress management and also mental performance coaching.

Darren is one of our most experienced Personal Trainers here at WRK365. He has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years and had a passion for exercise from a very young age.

His enthusiasm for fitness begun shortly after being diagnosed with asthma as a child. He learnt that being active might help improve his condition and he took up karate, and it did. With a natural flare for the sport alongside a lot of hard-work and graft, Darren was crowned the junior karate champion in the UK. He continued to compete, right up until 2017, and has many a medal to reflect his successes in different competitions including the World Championships.

Darren knew early on that the fitness industry was for him. Reflecting on his own experiences with the barriers he faced growing up, he appreciates that everybody is different and achievement is in reach for all. With a real passion for fitness, he works with clients of all levels helping them to achieve their goals. With his background in karate, he has experience coaching amateur and pro karate and boxing, as well as more generic Personal Training.

WRK 365’s real life Action Man. Chris is passionate about fitness and nutrition, and it was apparent from a young age that his career would be in this field.

He played rugby as a child and then went on to join the military where he served for many years. With experience of personal training for over 15 years, Chris is one of our expert PTs.

Experienced in a range of different sports and outdoor pursuits such as open-water swimming, thai boxing, trail running and kettlebells, Chris can deliver training sessions to clients across a range of different abilities with varying goals.

Between the army and becoming a Personal Trainer, Chris was a chef. This experience left him with a deep understanding of nutrition and his clients benefit from this knowledge with bespoke nutrition plans.

Enthusiastic and motivated, he is dedicated to delivering first-class coaching to all his clients.

Health and safety at WRK 365 is our number one priority. The gym is cleaned at regular intervals and just seven PTs and clients are able to train simultaneously.

The studio is open every day from 5am – 11pm.

On-site physiotherapist

We have the ‘On Your Game’ clinic situated on site, which includes injury assessment and diagnosis with treatments ranging from massage to medical acupuncture.
